Yes. That's what I ran my C4 on & I was very happy with it.

I posted this same question not long ago. After research, the 225/45/17 and the 255/40/17 have the exact same diameter of 25.0 inches which the differentials will appreciate much like the stock sizes of 205/55/16 and 225/50/16. I never understood why the recommended plus size went to 205/50/17 and 255/40/17. Those two sizes do not match in diameter.
