Isn't this model year specific? Believe I read same on another post. The notice is dated 7/30/1991. Am running oem 7 and 9 cup 1s, 225 on front, with no issues - 93 C2. Just mentioning.

Yes, that is correct. I had a 92 with the same set up with no rubbing issues.

I did a lot of research when I was looking for tires on my 997 and the Potenza RE-11 looked to be one of the best and they are reasonably priced. When I change the tires on my 964 that's what I am going with.

Looks like the Potenza RE 11-A, is I good cheap choice for DE/ street driving. Everybody has a opinion it seems. Sorry for starting a tire thread

I found this to be hands down the best all-round tire on my RSA for street and track and have amazing longevity.

I have the same set up with no issue. I'm happy with my BFGoodrich g-Force Rivals.
