Is the MA Shaw spoiler a bolt on replacement for the retractable unit?? I know there is one out there but forgot who made it......

So how about one with a true ducktail on it? I'm very curious to see how that would look. I've actually seen one on a 993 and it looked pretty good! Also, if anybody knows, would an old fashioned ducktail spoiler be detrimental to motor heat since the factory spoiler actually increases the airflow into the engine compartment?
