Cool Life's good

Mrs RobT & I were up at 6am, blasted the 90mile back roads down to the coast, followed by a 1mile training sea swim, fresh coffee & croissant breakfast on the beach, then back to west London in time for a family BBQ. Nice!

Sounds like the perfect start of the day to me! I'm driving down 50 miles to my father in law and i'm going to give my new 964 it's first ground up detail. Not quite as fun sounding as yours, but i have been looking forward to this all week!

Went for a 2hr MTB ride in the woods with the dogs chucked up on the last hill in the heat (that bit might be because I'm 2 stone over weight) & now cleaning the house windows earning my get outa jail points for later...: )

Also did a 2 hour bike ride in Epping Forest today. Rode to Epping for a tea and bit of cake, then back to Buckhurst Hill for another tea and a bacon, prawn, garlic and chilli roll at the local sea food stall! Even better, being Essex, there was a Ferrari 599 GTO in the car park with all the white Range Rovers and a **** star called Porsha Sins (apparently!) also enjoying some sea food - cockles maybe?!

Then watched Lewis Hamilton fight from last to 3rd again in Hungary. Not a bad day...

Default Spread my wings...

Day Three with the White Witch. 90 easy miles, 10 challenging ones. I missed the car's break in miles so these are mine! Visited my brother whose 944 gave me the bug twenty years ago (he had the nerve to buy it two days after I bought my mk2 GTi and thought it was the business!). He drives a 2014 Audi S5 Cabriolet now - wicked fast, solid and stately. He took the Witch for a spin and now I have him wondering if he can fit a 964 in the budget.

20 years overdue.
