I cant believe it took me this long to find this thread. Looking for 964 Turbo Cup 1's and also a set of Fikse FM5's in 18's. Might consider other 18's. I do not like BBS style mesh wheels. Prefer 5 spoke. Maybe Rotiform Fuchs?
Great thread!

The Rotiform FUC's are an excellent wheel for those looking to get the old school Fuchs type wheel but in custom specs, colors, and more importantly top notch custom forged quality. Rotiform also offers these two models that you might be interested in:

Cross-Post - WTB: Cup 92 "Narrow Spoke" 16 inch Wheels
I am cross-posting here from my post in the "For Sale/Trade/Wanted" thread. I am looking for a set of Porsche OEM Cup 92 "Narrow Spoke" 16 inch wheels. Preferably, I would like 16x7J & 16x8J, but would also consider 16x6J for the fronts. If you have a set you are willing to sell or have any leads, I would like to know! Thanks!

Hey! I am interested in these specific wheels because I've never been happy with my 17 inch Boxster Twists which came with the car when I bought it almost four years ago, and as my car is a semi-daily driver and I have never actually taken it out to a track event (I know, the travesty!), Im more interested in a slightly less harsh ride afforded by 16 inch wheels with thicker sidewalls. The D90's have never really spoken to me, but I like the 16 inch Cup 92's for their design. I even think they resemble wheels which were available for the 959, but that may just be my eye. I know most here would recommend sticking with 17 inch wheels and going for Cup I's, but I think for my purpose, 16 inch wheels and thicker sidewalls would be better. Maybe I'm crazy, but that's what my rationale is.

I think for the factory spec wheels/tires, the recommended tire pressure is 36 PSI in the front, 44 PSI in the rear, if I remember correctly?
On my current 17 inch (7J & 9J) Boxster Twists, I have Sumitomo HTR Z III's (summer tire), which were brand new when I bought the car 3.5 years ago. They are 205/50Z/R17 in the front and 255/40Z/R17 in the rear, which equates to 4" sidewalls. I keep all four tires inflated at 36 PSI.
In terms of the suspension set-up, I have Bilstein HD's & H&R Greens. I think I am close to RS ride height, although I can't quite recall exactly as it's been a few years. I would probably consider raising it back up just a bit.. maybe RS + 10mm or RS + 15mm.
Anyway, I don't want to digress too far from the thread's topic, but if the discussion warrants it, I'd be happy to start a new, ancillary thread.
