Hi guys
I run a Super B lithium and thus far it has been perfect I tried a B10P but it just wasn't quite enough cranking power so got the B15P-SC. The biggest problem I found was trying to get a direct comparison of the stats no one seemed to be able to tell me which was which!!

From what I've read they need a special mains charger but didn't see anything that mentioned car charging.

Hi Stuart
Yes you do need a specific charger for the Lithium battery but the one I got was only £60 which is Super B also.
As previously mentioned once car is running amount of ancillaries is to a point irrelevant as alternator replaces what you take out. Key thing is stored charge for cold cranking on first start up, but I have a battery cut off for long non use periods!!

WOW... 3 lb battery for >$200! Can't wait to lose 30 pounds (and I don't care if it's in the nose)
OK that's still a bit complicated...
Jack Olsen keeps tinkering with the idea, and found this $200

yes perfect ,
nine is the same what is more important there is the CCA, its the power the bettery provide to start the car, the rest you only have to make sure everything is off when you crank the engine, so no dragging current to the battery
at 480 it is very good
