Excellent news from Germany! The car sounds fantastic, it is dead quiet now...the modification to the pistons made all the difference!
Over the next days they will test it some more on the street, do another run on the Dyno and get the speedo working.
If all works out I will travel to Germany next Tuesday and return to Amsterdam on Wednesday.
Fingers crossed once more...

Car is at the painter now, but I had it for a nice weekend!
I went to the Bilster Berg race track in Germany so I had some quality time on the autobahn! YEAH!
It drives like a dream...it is truly amazing and far beyond my wildest dreams. It pulls and pulls and pulls...
The 964 turbo gearbox is an excellent choice for now. Nice and long works great with the high torque.
I'm happy.

Today I had some fun pulling out the interior. Next couple of days the 993 suspension will be installed and we are trying to find a solution for the rear wheels which are rubbing the rear arches. Maybe we can make the arches a little wider, just slightly and perhaps shave 2-3mm off the spacers.
Any tips on that part? I'm running 285 in the rear with the large Fuchs 10Jx18".

Looks nice. What are the plans for the interior? Look up posts on fender rollers on rennlist, as for dimensions in a 964 I'm not sure what clearances you need with 10" wides... Looking good!!!
