Thanks, im getting used to the seats. Truthfully i think im a bit broad shouldered for them. More interior stuff to come. I think by the time im happy it will basically bearilling catalogue for rennline.
Its a brand new fan and housing. I honestly honk the only orignal parts of the motor are the cases and crank.

Got about 80 miles on it. Idle still hunts when i start it, and it seems like it wants to stall if you don't allow engine braking coming to a stop.

Oddly enough, my heat doesn't seem to work. Blower motor yes, but not real heat.

^^^ no idea what that means... I assumed the Steve Wong chip would take care of all the tuning issues. I know the idle was adjusted

C4s especially are kinda finicky when it comes to requiring an adaptation to run right. Run a search on here, you should find several threads discussing the issue.

don't hassle too much about the idle - you shd be driving above 3k revs - the finer points take a little time, that's all.
Steve's chip will take care of it if the LWF adjustment was ordered.

Just enjoy having that sterling example at home again!
Oh and don't overfill it - between warning red and full is little over 1L!

I have a LWF with the original ECU. At times the car is fine with no stalling, at others it plays up for the first few Kms. Adaptation doesn't seem to help. I was going to look at a Steve Wong chip, but will think again if you've done that and it isn't fixed.

Decided on wheels. Having a set of bbs rs built for me by jsutai . Have to head to ct to have the shop measure the car in the next few weeks. Now i need coilovers.

As for the stalling issues, it runs great once its warmed up. Guess its just a cold start problem

Nice choice. Love the E30 M3 they built. This car will turn out quality! Best of luck moving forward- excited to see it come together.

^^ hey thanks. Yea that black e30 is what convinced me to go with him, plus he's fairly local which is cool.

Anyway after a brand new motor and trans, plus all new interior the exterior needed some love. Enter Driven Perfection for a day of beauty. They actually got the paint back to looking much better than i anticipated. Things i learned... Hood had been resprayed, and there's are four very thin paint spots thankfully two are on the decklid which is being replaced anyway. Strange though as one of the spots is on right quarter panel and the last 964 they did had thin paint in the same spot.

I also got annoyed with the side script so that came off a week ago.

A few pics taken with a potato. I promise when the car is ready there will be real pics.

By the measurements taken today, yes. Should be on a 265 tire
