You'd have to get this whole piece custom made.

^^ wouldn't be that expensive though? I had something similar done (albeit different lines /system) for a couple hundred £ and it came with full pressure test certs way above operating and or design pressure

Will do Vandit, it will be in October sometime though. Thanks for the info. The plan is to make up some alloy pipe and bend/use connections to marry up. We may have to make up some connections, we'll see.

Can we all play this game?
Very nice work Colin

The big photo hurts my eyes

What are you going to do with the heater duct vent?

Cheers,
Paul

Did you fit this Vandit? If so I'll be interested to see a photo of installation.

J81 JKR Thanks, ditto on photo if you would't mind.

Thanks again,
Paul

Ah, sorry about the size of that photo, did not realise before I uploaded it.

The heater was deleted in that car so we removed the rubber piece and made an aluminium blanking plate to cover the hole.

Hi Colin, that's ironic, we had to cut a hole on the blank carbon 964 shroud I bought from JB Racing in Florida to add part of the old shroud to accommodate the fitting for the heater duct.

who the hell cares? Does anyone really pop the trunk of their 911 to look at a big fan and a bunch of plastic bull****? Nobody cares what the engine looks like.

Bottom line, shut the lid, drive the thing, and stop whining.

Man I feel like the only one who thinks the engine bay is awesome looking, sure it's not super clean and spacious, but I love it! I have never even thought of it as bad looking.

I just painted my plenums red to match my car and fan and calipers.

I need to install my heater blower and my duct but here's how it sits add of now:

Nice if you want your engine compartment to look like your grandma's couch

THATS A GREAT IDEA!!!!!....now to start acquiring bits n pieces!!!...maybe a nice dual turbo set up....make mine into a 3.8 twin turbo sleeper.....not that the deep rumble of my exhaust will tip it off at all....and I'll just tell them all the turbo whine which will be really loud with two of them is....umm...the heater fan....yeah that it....

Paul,

Did you remove the cruise control from the top of your engine?

I never use cruise control and was thinking about removing that while my engine is out for a reseal.

Thanks in advance,
Steve
