Default Secondary oil cooler advice & recommendations

The time has come to add a secondary oil cooler to my RSA to keep me out of trouble on track now that summer is approaching. Search did not yield much in the way of results, so I would appreciate any specific product recommendations as well as installation advice.

Cheers....

I keep trying to sell this for Weiner - because it's a perfect - topline kit.

Call Steve and purchase his last stock RUF 2dary cooler kit. These are rare as hen's teeth, complete kits and built for our cars. Simple mount and go.

Pricey, but you really do get what you pay for, and no installation headaches.

I got the RUF kit from Steve W. to replace the a/c - just be sure they send you the right hoses from Germany as the guys at RUF seem to be convinced they can never make a mistake and send the wrong stuff in a kit.

Patrick Motorsports offers two kits, one each for cars with/without AC.

If you want to build your own, there's a couple of threads with part #s -

This is a great thread. I used the parts list from this thread. I ordered the lines and fittings from BAT.

Aeroquip lines are extremely easy to assemble. BAT has a DIY page on their website.

Here is a pic of my secondary cooler. The a/c condenser bracket was modified to accept the cooler. Basically it was made wider--welding is required on the bracket. This set-up deletes the a/c condenser.
