Default My Car Photographed by GF Williams

Those of you who went on the Spa trip may have met George Williams, a young professional photographer who came along with Nine Excellence.

George has developed a particular style and is undertaking some amazing work, recently shooting the new P1 supercar for McLaren at Bahrain His portfolio is on his website and Facebook page.

Earlier this month, George took some photos of my car when we were at a Porsche gathering at BS Motorsport Neil Bainbridge's outfit is based at the Westcott Venture Park, formerly RAF Westcott near Aylesbury. During WWII, the airfield was used to train bomber crews to fly Lancasters using Wellingtons. After the war, it became the Rocket Propulsion Establishment and was omitted from Ordnance Survey maps due to the secret research carried on. It is still used for space propulsion development and the site has a number of weird and wonderful constructions which we sneaked onto as a photo location.

Firstly we used the runway, now converted into a solar panel park. Then we went to what seemed to be a kind of blast shield, like something from The Edge of Darkness.

George has worked his usual moody magic ;

+1 for George's great shots and +1 for the nice motor (what is the colour name?)

I'm moving to not far from Aylesbury - think I'll check the place out...

Thanks! It's Maritime Blue.

To get on the site there is security, so you need to pay a visit to BS Motorsport and see Neil Bainbridge there, which is no great hardship as it is Porsche Heaven

I bet your house is like a shrine to the 964 with these pics hung up on every wall!!

Just remember to keep the one of the misses next to the bed, swap this at your peril!

I just looked up the definition of the word "pop" in the dictionary and saw one of these photos.
Nice work
