I was looking for a 964 for some time and having poor luck finding anything. Whilst I was searching for the 964, I stumbled upon a mint 2000 BMW M coupe with 80k on her and bought it. I am enjoying the M, but am still wanting a 964 and plan to sell the M soon. I am wondering if there are any members in the metro Detroit area that might allow me to come see their car for viewing purposes only. I really have not seen one up close for more than a few minutes and I wanted to make sure I'm making the right choice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are there enough Metro Detroit (or all of MI for that matter) 964 owners for a chapter of W90? D90, if it doesn't already exist, would be cool.

I'm in Lansing. Not really Detroit, but would be interested in a D90 group. Probably the closest I'll ever get to one.

Anyway D90 sounds better than L90. Then again D90 kinda sounds like a hardcore rap group!

Although I don't live in Michigan, I am doing some work in the Grand Rapids/Muskegon area and saw a dirty black 964 in either Muskegon or Grand Haven yesterday.

Made me smile!!!!
