Seeking good Porsche Mechanic near Brooklyn for 1989 964
Hi All,
My 89 964 has recurring oil leaks and the accelerator stalls out on the freeway. I've had numerous recent repairs on the car including the oil system and the Head Gaskets. I've taken it now to the same mechanic three times, largely because I spent 6k with him, and the last 3 times Ive driven it and it's stalled or the oil has leaked he takes it back at no charge feeling responsible.
Bottom line, he cant get the car working correctly and I need to get it running right and put it on the market to someone with more knowledge than myself. Anyone have a recommendation for someone in Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens with the skill to find what's really going on with this car? It had a complete engine rebuild 60k miles ago as well so it should not be acting this way!

Is yours red? I've only seen one other Guards Red 964 other than mine in Brooklyn.
On the matter, I hear great things about Powertech (http://www.pwr-tech.com/), my friend just had a whole overhaul done and his car runs perfect, so I'l be giving that place a shot when it comes down to checking the car out.
