I'm sure it's quite varied, but I was just curious what the average age was for 964 owners on RL. I'm currently driving an '05 997S, but seriously considering a move back to a 964 or 993. I have always loved the 964 design and it now gets the respect it deserves - glad to see it, but prices have risen because of it. I still have nightmares about selling my 30k mile, black RS America a number of years ago and my 997 just isn't giving a similar experience - no drama, too civilized. Anyway, I'm 47 and looking for local cars to look over and possibly flip the 997S.

Guess there's a cluster forming here.... 46 also, bought my first 964 11 years ago, now onto my 3rd. Had an 06 997S as well for a couple of years but nothing beats the 964 for that 'all round feel good factor.' Its a pleasure to drive each and every day and the sense of community is soooo much better.

well i am 40 and got my guards red 964 2 years ago. Although at times the car makes me feel like i"m in my 20's again.
