Tim, I have a grill. If we could find a place local to cut another one out. It's the exact grill you have.

I plan on making a rear substitution panel myself, just haven't get around to it. It's nice and I want to drive. More of a winter project for me.

Thanks for the empathy guys. Definitely sucks but I think it'll bend out ok. I didn't get a chance to really look at it as I was running out the door when I opened the package. Won't be able to take a better look until this evening. I'm sure it'll bend out with some persuasion.

Kris: thanks for the offer! I'll definitely take you up on your grill if this one's toast. Still need to pull my AC condenser and lines too!

I'll post a follow up after my resuscitation attempt. If all else fails, I'll fab my own...though I may wind up with this:

Tossed mine on just now. Very fiddly to install. Gaps are sizable, but even. Overall... Very happy. Looks worlds better than the light even though all my lights are brand new. Has a cool outlaw look to it. Thanks again Andrew for all of your efforts including the YouTube video. The tape trick was very helpful

looks good....not sure I like the retaining bolts coming through the face or the trim edge corners. Seems like it is missing something ...? "PORSCHE" ?

Different strokes I aupooae. I happen to really like the look of the bolts, and I'm especially into the fact that it doesn't say porsche. Now the only badge I have is my hood crest. But that's a custom job from another RL member which I love. Matchesy car perfectly.

Just went to the car wash and go figure the panel got a fee compliments. It really does look great and any issues are just my ocd nature. Things only an owner would notice

Is it lighter than the reflector unit it replaces?

Definitely looks better than the center reflector. I need to get on this project soon.

I have to check the actual weight difference, but it's definitely lighter, even in the 3 light setup.

Thanks!
Andrew
