My lens came off real easily just went around popping it up with my fingers. Bad thing I got it off it slipped from hand hit the floor and is now in several pieces 😢.

Wow, that certainly looks fantastic. My only concerns would be on water/dirt ingress on the lights since the outer shell is gone. I love the way it looks and am interested in getting one when/if available.

Water and dirt is unavoidable in this setup. To avoid any electrical issues I weather sealed the lenses behind the mesh. Once in a while It would be necessary to remove the mesh and clean behind it. I made it so you don't have to remove the panel to do it, just 8 allen bolts and the mesh comes out nicely. There is no need for mesh trim in this design at all. Once I am happy with the panel, I will most likely re-cast the OEM panel and make proper molds.
Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply Andrew. A periodic removal of the mesh plate for cleaning, to me, is acceptable. I figured you’d have handled the water ingress issue but felt I should ask.

Working on it. Some developments, here: https://rennlist.com/forums/964-foru...tor-rehab.html
Panel Rehab prototype is done. The final version will use laser cut mesh. The complete panel replacement will use the same laser-cut mesh and will have all new backing. This is a side project and work-work is pretty intense. It's moving forward, just super slow.
Thanks!
