I'm assuming that if I have the correct fuel pressure at the rails then I can rule out the pump, filter, and regulator.
Is that correct?
I'm going to approach this systematically.
What systems, sensors, components could cause these symptoms?
Might just send the DME off to Loren and have it checked out.
Maybe I've missed something.

A bad fuel pump could not get to much fuel into a cylinder
A bad fuel filter could not get to much fuel into a cylinder
A regulator that does its job correctly could not get to much fuel into a cylinder

A computer that thinks the motor is cold when it is hot will run it rich .
A computer that thinks it is at sea level or below while it is high in the sky will run the motor rich .
A computer that sees a lean signal from an O2 sensor will run the motor rich .
A computer that sees cold air temp when it is hot will run the motor rich .

An unfired cylinder will show as rich to an a/f sensor .

I remember asking a guy to disconnect the wires that came out of the computer for the O2 sensor . To disconnect the wires right at the computer , not at the O2 sensor end . I think what was happening was the O2 wires were picking up a signal and the computer was seeing that picked up signal ...
Removing those wires at the box fixed up his car .

We have missed what it is so far ...
Having the box checked would not bother me one bit .

The engine running rich doesn't have to mean it's getting too much fuel, it could be its getting to little air.....air leak between the air/fuel metering system and cylinders?

Default 90 C4 all of a sudden running rich = PROBLEM SOLVED

I spent a few hours last night and this morning, cleaning up a few more ground points and terminals on connectors, tying up a few sensor wires so they are not near the plug wires, tightening clamps, inspecting vacuum hoses, and a few other things I've already forgotten about.

Put the seat back in the car and took her out for a short drive... RAN GREAT.

I guess something I did or a combination of things fixed the problem.
Wish I knew exactly what it was it case it occurs again.
Oh well... just glad it's running properly now.

I have to reinstall the center undertray, swap the front tires (they're mounted on the wrong sides=directional tires), tape up the harness, and reinstall the new RC 30lb injectors and possibly some tuning on the PSC1.
One thing I did notice with the RC injectors last month when it was running well is that it pulls harder throughout the entire range, especially over 5k rpm.
I think the stock 19lb injectors are barely adequate for a stock motor, and with a supercharger their duty cycle is well beyond 80%.

Will have a final update on this thread with some pics later today.
Thanks everyone for your help!

Spoke too soon...
Ran great for about 10 miles, then back to 10.5 AFR !!!
I'll just wait until my tech has time in a couple weeks, I'm done with it.
I'll just concentrate on what I do best...and that's trading and let my tech figure it out.
I've missed out on far more potential profits wasting my time on this then my tech would ever charge me.

Of course I'm hot, hungry, thirsty, and frustrated.
Time for a beer or six...
