some seriously slammed rides there. Nski - was the TT driveable over speedhumps etc? looks ridiculously low.
DD - what is wrong with the current wheels? i think they look cool. BBS rims do look great though

KW have developed the HLS lift system where it can be raised and drop on a coilover system. A friend of mine is working with KW to do a lower drop version at a push of a button like HLS, which am having on my Porsche turbo.

Really looking forward to seeing the LM's on your ride. Someday I'll have some LM's too... but pretty sure I will run those in 19's like Greg on his 993

Nothing wrong with the Turbo P's just fancied a change after 2.5 years. I was going to strip down the Turbo Ps and then have them refurbed to freshen them up, but then I started looking at new wheels. Hopefully the BBS will give a "new look" to the car

Thanks for the positive input Damon, but this work was carried out by a professional shop who undertake this work all the time. They know forged wheels.
This has also been done many times before.
BTW say Hi to Kyle for me, he was also a big help in getting the 5x130 LM to the UK

As a close-out to the thread here's a few photos of the LMs fitted to the car.
Met with the NE lads from 911uk on Sunday to attend fastlane Show in Corbridge, Northumberland.
Windy day, but great time had! Good to ctach up with the lads and plenty of Porsches amongst other exotica to check-out!

As long as the time is taken to do it properly split rims can be dismantled, refurbed and then re-built easy enough. This is the 3rd set that ive done.
Must be said 2 piece are much easier then 3 piece tho!
