Duff speedo
Right my "90" 964 speedo only starts to work when I have driven it after 15/20 mins then it's fine, so far I have....
Had clock apart and done dry joints
Fitted new speedo
What else on the checks do you think I need to do?? New speedo pulse sender..? The spoiler not working to but I think that's all part of the same problem.... I can get hold of a clock to make sure it's not still that!!
Thanks Fuch

Check your speed sensor on the tranny. Mine about 15 years ago. The speedo would stop while driving down the freeway and then suddenly start again. Eventually, it failed all together. My mechanic replaced the sender and all was well again.

I had the same issue, when this relay is bad the speedo, tach and spoiler stop working and sometimes starts working. I copyed below from my post.
"The ABS Relay I got at Pelican Parts has this part number 928 615 124 01 and is located in the front fuse box. Relay #34 I believe. I broke the old relay apart and you could tell it was overheating and discolored".
Anyway that is what my issue was.
Hope it helps.
