Contacting 911 Chips (Steve Wong)
have any of you had difficulty in contacting 911 chips?
I have sent them four emails over the previous ten days and no replies?
I am in Australia so would prefer not to phone them.
When i got my custom chip originally, they usually responded within 24hrs to emails.

i've called steve a few times from oz.
quick & easy & friendly guy.
what are you concerns with a phone call?
calls from my optus mobile are cheaper if I call the US compared to calling my neighbour with a landline or mobile.
skype - about 2c/min
google phone - about 2c/min.
just call late evening or morning.
you'll get a lot more info and save time.
now with telstra prepaid $30/per mth prepaid and probably spend 2hrs on the phone to US or UK per month plus local calls and the $30/mth is plenty.

Ha, you Lads must think I'm a tight ****!
Truth is, have newly born twins and a two year old and crazy witk schedule so flinging an email is easier!
Also, I can't stress enough that this isn't a criticism of Steve as in previous correspondence he has been prompt and extremely helpful.
I'll try to find the time to call him..,
