Rennline engine mount gusset (brace) installed
Hey guys,
I just installed the Rennline gusset to my engine mount after cleaning up my engine compartment and changing some leaky engine gaskets. I am using the same engine mounts as before the gusset change.
The entire car vibrates a little more than before the Rennline brace was added. It's not a bad thing, but it's noticeable. There's definitely a little bit more rumble while idling at a stop light.
Anyone else notice this at all? (It makes me wonder what a stiffer engine mount will do!)

I did the Rennline brace at the same time I put in Wevo mounts. Made a big difference in the back end. Less vibration and rocking in corners, tightened up the shifter a bit too.
Motor mounts will make the biggest difference IMHO.
