Default Track fuel consumption in our cars

So, I'm calculating fuel storage and systems for my new trailer.

On average, what are ya'll consuming for fuel on a full DE weekend?

Holy crap.... 8 MPG on the track.... really? So the range can be from 8-27 MPG depending how it's driven? My 73 would go from 17 MPG to maybe 14 on the track. Is the 3.6 that different when pushed to the limits?

On the track you are either at full throttle or the brakes. I find it hard to believe you get 14 MPG on the track in any car.

I just finished a track weekend at Brainerd International Raceway in Brainerd, MN. I was around 9-10 MPG. On the first day I did 10 MPG, the subsequent days a bit less. It was my first track weekend ever, so I wasn't pushing it 100%. I could definietley guess a drop of 1 to 2 MPG if I was going 10/10ths all day. Overall it was a great experience with tons of great cars to look at and enjoy.

7MPG with the 3.8L in the 993 faux RS last Thursday. Running a 91/100 blend, it ended up being $108 for 115 track miles.

Funny thing is that it's the same for the little 1.3L Hayabusa in the Radical. Only does the Spec Miata get decent mileage.

9 MPG on average for me. I have two 6 gallon jugs and I'm going to get another. Show up with a full tank and end up dumping both jugs in before the weekend is over.
