Introducing....Isabella, my 964 C2
Well after a little more than 2 years of ownership, I am ready to introduce my C2. I waited till now as I had a long list of upgrades I wanted to perform before posting pics. I found this car in New Mexico after a 6 month search. I stumbled upon an ad in the Auto Trader online. I quickly rang the owner and asked my set list of questions. All good, until he mentioned there was another local man ahead of me having the car PPI'ed. My heart sank. It turns out the man was a 944 guy and really didn't understand 911's. The PPI came back with a worn clutch (turned out to be a front main seal leak that oiled the clutch plate) and some leaking oil from the left bank of heads. It's an early 91, no head gaskets. The guy passed, and I jumped on it. I flew to New Mexico early on a cold Feb. Saturday morning from LA, and met the owner at the airport. The minute I saw the car pull up, I knew it was going to be mine. It sported the factory ride height, D-90's, a half leather interior, tinted windows (unfortunately), 993 AC Head unit; and a very clean appearance all around. We finalized the deal. and I set off immediately for my 925 mile drive home. I left Albuquerque at noon, and figured I'd spend the night along the way. The car was so damned good, that I drove straight through and arrived on my door step at midnight, the same day. Awesome!!!!
So here are the details of the car from the factory: GP White/Black; C2 5 speed; Half leather interior; cruise control & factory amp.
The Mods so far in no particular order are:
-4 piston brakes rear
-Ate Blue/Gold
-Textar pads (street); Hawk Blues (track)
-Light Weight RS flywheel/GT3 clutch plate
-Heater Bypass tube (factory)
-Wevo motor mounts (black pillows) (Blues in the garage)
-Steve Wong 91 Octane Chip
-Turbo Cup 1's 7's & 9's
-Hankook Ventus R-S3's 225/45 & 255/40
-RSA Cloth sport seats
-Kenwood KDC-MP342U IPOD friendly head unit
-6 speakers factory
-Coco mats F&R
-Fresh Major service
-Euro Clear Front bumper-ettes
-Straightened smile
-KWV3 suspension set at 80% hard
-RS adjustable sway bars F&R (F-1 from hard)(R-middle)
-Full alignment & corner balance(5 MM higher than RS)
-RS drop links front
-Cat bypass with fresh O2 sensor
-Primary Cup pipe
-Aero Mirrors (RSA manual adjust)
-Tower brace
-H4's with 55/60 bulbs (no relays)
-Mod .07 Suede Cup wheel
Further planned upgrades:
-RSA door cards
-Clear corners (maybe, I like the amber color)
-ZF LSD (in garage now)
Car currently weighs 2,990 Lbs
The car has been transformed over the past 2 years from a very agreeable driver to a focused weapon that will split aggressive spirited road work, with occasional track work. (my first track day in this car will be May 12th at Buttonwillow.)
So without any further ado....here she is....Isabella (so named by prior owner)

put some aero mirrors on it, it is a huge upgrade to the looks. The early 964 "just" missed the newer mirrors. When I put mine on, I fell in love with the car all over again. You won't regret it.

Car looks great!! 'Grats on getting sub-3k lbs. Love your mod-list (present & future), especially the LWFW and LSD. I say keep the ambers, they look best on GP white cars anyways!

Thanks for the kind words guys. The Aero's will be installed by April 10th. Currently being painted I can't even imagine how good this car would be 200 pounds lighter.
