I think it is 12 bolts and they are manual AFAIK!

I would like to know why the part number stickers are taped over with clear tape. my own white buckets do not have such a detail.

Good eyes George I did not notice the tape. Maybe the sticker was peeling of and the owner wanted to secure it better?
