Default #5 Cylinder

#5 cyl. exhaust valve got kissed by the piston, probably a miss-timed downshift by my guess. motor ran pretty well on 5 cylinders can't wait for 100%.

Default New B&B Headers & Exhaust - but I get stuck

So I just got a B&B Exhaust off Rennlist (thanks Matt) and my mechanic/builder/brother has an emergency for his biggest client, so I am stuck for about 30 days.

Love the car and congrats on that exhaust - the sound of the B&B is really REALLY excellent IMHO

Default Getting back to Work

So after a little work, it is time to get back into the project. We decided to crack the block and do a little more work then originally planned. What Else Is New.

Case Open, Case Closed.

A good easel to do some work upon, regardless!
Great looking car, agreed on the side skirts - might look better with them removed completely?

Also Cups don't really suit the rest of the kit as far as period goes IMO, maybe stick some nice wide aftermarket replica fuchs on it?

Good luck with the project

Default Cams, Cams, Cams

So after I ordered a set of cams on Ebay, the turned out worse then the set I had, so a setback of 2-4 weeks. But new pictures should be up soon

Default Still Waiting - WTF

So we shipped the cams out for a 2-3 week regrind and hardening process 4 weeks ago. The good thing is while we were waiting found and bought a 1965 Porsche 911 from the original owner.

Dear Lord - Please send more MONEY

Default Back from the Dead

So I have been busy, and a lot of the pictures I got from G. Davis Auto in Tallahassee look the same, until last night.

BEAUTIFUL can't wait to drive her.

Looks great! What paint did you use on the valve covers and intake? It's looks robust!
