new sunvisor?

Hi I am seking advice about the sagging sunvisor on my drivers side. The visor sags 2 inches from the headliner sort of in my line of vision any tips?

I gave a half hearted attempt at shimming it, but that didn't work 100%, so I just keep it flipped forward most of the time. New ones are $$$.

I was actually thinking about velcroing it up...but seemed kind of hack, and was worried about pulling on the headliner. Thanks for the advice
