I think the silver looks pretty neat with a red leather interior:

I can say this: Of the few colors that can pul of the red interiors silver does it in spades! I want one!

That sounds like Daimont Blau, aka Diamond Blue Metallic. (I realize I am reponding to a 2010 post, but info is info!)

On topic: my 86 928 says "936 9 3 silbermetallic S7" on the door jamb. Would this be a precursor to Polar Silver?
