Man if there was ever a time that I felt like crying it would be now. I am truely forced to sell. We made a offer on a house with all the shortsales and bank owned I said what are chances we get this house. We put in more than 12 diffrent offers to diffrent homes , well we finally got one. Now Im short with down payment didnt realize the cost of closing cost. So now Im forced to sell. I borrowed 20K that a friend is giving me on Monday but I want to pay him back as soon as I can . The car has new interior , it looks good has a new engine at 128K now has 157K I have paperwork to show proof of new engine.the engine cost 12k If interested I can send more pics and more details .
