I won't be at the 24Hrs this year, but will be going to the Le Mans Classic for the first time. Looking forward to the 917s at sunrise at Arnage.

I'm going to Le Mans classic also for the first time. rich964rs are you going to be camping? If so do you know if there will be a P car club area?
I will be traveling from Hawaii with my family in England before the classic, will be splitting from them (They are going to big family gathering in Germany, I'll rejoin them after the classic) and am looking into options for getting to Le Mans. Have read for years about the annual migration to Le Mans from England. I would love to join other enthusiest heading that way. Any suggestions?
I am on the Pelican site more than here, but noticed your post. So thought I'd ask for any insight.
E mail me If you like rmgill1@yahoo.com
Can't wait for the 917 song.
Thanks Richard

Le Mans Classic for me too, can't wait.. Driving with a group of friends from TIPEC - 964 C4, Flat Nose Turbo, Autofarm Turbo Special and 944 Cab. Looking forward to the 935 flamethrowers blasting through Arnage in the wee small hours.

Well.

Great result for Porsche, I think. Audi beat the French, so thats good, and I met some insane American who is hauling his RS America around France and Germany,
Good luck Don if you're reading, nice to meet you.

Oh, and I got to walk around Beechdean's garage and take some pictures............http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing...l%27s%20garage

Le Mans Classic for me too this year: look for black 993 in a Speedchills area near White House section. I took look forward to seeing 917s and 935s in action.

Last time at Le Mans, local rozzers stopped me (their hands around my neck) walking direct down an empty path to Arnage ! Rules are rules in france, except when claiming squillions from the EU.
