What headlights does your car have? H5 or H4? Many people upgrade to H4, so they end up discarding their H5's. Perhaps try posting in the Rennlist wanted section.

I have found partsgeek.com is the cheapest. I bought a alternator from them and it went excellent.

Put some clear Lamin-X on your new ones to keep it from happening again. Properly applied, you won't even know the film is there.

Not sure what "peppered" means but you can fix the "frosty" part with this:

Concur re protective film.
The adhesive fills in the external surface's micro-pits ('fog'), and all is back to clarity.
Quite inexpensive and by its nature prevents further surface pitting: a two-fer!

+2 on the protective film. Before pouring $$$ into H5's, have you considered upgrading to H4's? While they aren't cheap, the light pattern and the ability to run higher wattage bulbs makes it very desirable.
