This one is up for £120k.
These probably won't see too much track action!

Hi Gents,
I have been struggling to get a RS or not. Prices has gone up so much in the last 2-3 years. Is it a bad time to hunt for one?
I am just afraid one day it will go up to the price of a 2.7RS, then it will get even harder for me to buy or find one.
All opinions are appreciated!!
Regards,
Jack

these cars price much lower in japan, have lower mileage, and generally quality maintenance is assured/much closer to you....but virtually all porsche in japan are LHD.
like here about equiv. $100k, with approx 31,000km on the clock

another thought... since the RHD RS is so difficult to come by at the right price, I am looking into LHD to drive on track. Should i take the leap and look for a cup car?
From driving pleasure, it will be no match.
From value retention point of view, what is your thought?

Jack,
Thomas Schmitz has bought 3 964 Cups yesterday.
I have a original paint and panel, matching no. LHD RS I might sell. Same as Ollies colour wise.
My RS is faster than the Cup due to improved hot film and remap.
Magnesium wheels are boxed as new.

Hi Charles,
thanks for the heads up on the sale of your RS. Unfortunately, I am set for a RHD RS. However, due to the availablility, I may consider a cup car if it has to be LHD.
Thanks very much again,
Jack
