Default Finally....pics of the Pcar

Well, I have been on the forum for a while now, and I really feel that I have let the forum down by not really posting any pics......so here she is post engine rebuild, Bilstein HD's and H&R reds, and getting ready for the first DE of the season.

nice car... now go back out an hr before sunset and take those same pictures. The harsh sun hides the true beauty of the images.

Over the winter you've done a lot of work on your car...NOW it's ready to turn some laps in ANGER! I like the homemade heater bypass (more info. please)!

On that note, I'm going to VIR this weekend to watch the:

Bosch Engineering 250 Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series

Saturday for sure, my 7 yr. old can't stop talking about it, but I might also go solo on Friday an watch all of the practice and qualifying? VIR is an incredible venue!

Hope to see some Rennlisters there?!

Looks good - is there a reason you left the a/c lines in?

Yeah, I admit, not the best time of day to take the pics, I may try later in the day one of these days this week.

XEPS:

Honestly, I guess I did not even think about removing them......can you take them off where they enter the body of the car??

They connect to the a/c plumbing inside the fender, above the left rear wheel. Just pull the liner, loosen the fitting (big nuts), secure the lines/fittings and replace the liner. Piece of cake.

Sounds like a project for this weekend.

Thanks Joe!

- I also had the take the car to a shop to have a hard mount made for the seats. With the sliders it was too tall. We measured and found that around 3/4 inch lower and we would be on the money. He is going to also drill holes a little further back so I can position the seats when I am not at the track. I found a good shop north of me called C&C motorsports in Greensboro, good guys and they prep 911.

Nice!

You'll be glad you went to the trouble and expense. Having that car fit like a glove will definitely allow you to focus better on the car and your driving.
