Even though my car is finally ready (hurray!), I won't be able to make this one (boo!)........ because I'll be having a rather boring weekend at Silverstone watching the FIA GT racing

Pleased about that - much as you enjoyed watching my car in front, so I enjoyed watching yours from my mirror.

I'll get a list of people up in the first post of the thread shortly.

Dear John and all the other readers/participants of the First Great North Wales Run. I want to put my name down please for the next one on May 2nd, as I didn't quite get enough of the great roads, scenery, cameraderie and being in the company of like minded people etc., etc. It's a pity my mate Paul (Polar 964) can't make it as he will be elsewhere on the day, I think he needs to get his priorities right? Will of course monitor futher posts on this topic. Bye for now!

I'm up for it again as I too didn't get time to meet everyone (so many cars and folks, so little time)!! Just depends on what work has in store for me?!!

Will be there if I can.

Simon

Eh up, i have got my priorities right, i'll be with Porka cars all weekend might even get some cake if i'm lucky. Of course i'll miss being with all of you folks, but its in order to keep the numbers down of course cos these runs are only going to get more popular i'm sure JB will arrange more throughout the year! i hope so.

How about Cate's Bakewell Tart. It's about an inch and a half deep so you'll only need a small square piece.....

Oh yes, sounds eminently suitable - and a single piece won't compromise the lightweight ethos either........
Cheers,
Kev
