Project Shrek- Carbon Marcus
After the sweet victory of having the car start and run, I indulged in some bling for Shrek. It needs all the help it can get in the shifter department, the original beige leather needing a burial rather than a clean.
Luckily, I managed to meet Marcus Bühler in person on his way through Switzerland. He and his small team are GREAT people. We spent an hour talking cars and carbon, and with fellow swedish Rennlister Viggo (993 TT), on holidays in the area, some carbon envy was seeded.
Once my wallet recovers from Shrek-shock, I will get some more carbon bling, but for now I am stoked. Shape is exactly like the originals, and finish is perfect.
