Default Barrel Tasting in Sonoma County today

Beautiful day today, must have been around 70 degrees, many wineries in the Dry Creek Valley participated in 32nd annual event.

If you ever have the chance to visit, Sonoma wineries are way more laid back, and just as picturesque, as the over-crowded Napa wineries.

Just had to take the old girl out for a spin on such a beautiful day!

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Andy

Boy, you guys have it good in Norcal - All the great Pinot wineries like Kistler, Martinelli and Marcassin, a fantastic track at Sonoma (and the Audi experience), coupled with being near Highway 1 & Pebble beach.

Oh, and the Sonoma Mission Inn - stayed there before, and was a wonderful experience.

Wow, that's awesome! I made two trips to sonoma and Napa last year. Once during spring break, the other during summer. spring is definately more beautiful. The rolling hills and weather remind me of Italy.

Yeah - I love living in Northern California - best place I've ever lived, and I count my blessings every day that I am able to call this place home, after growing up in Germany and all.

Hey ttAmerica - Boise is also an awesome place. I go there often (will be there again in a couple of weeks) - I lived in Hailey before moving to California. I love the back roads through the mountains of Idaho - there is no better place in the world to let your Porsche run free!

Yup, I moved from San Antonio, Texas (flat) to Boise. It's quite nice, though wish I were in SoCal. Maybe one of these days.....

I love hitting the Oregon wine country in the C4. The only problem is when you buy more than two cases of wine...
