Valve Cover Gasket set issue
Not sure why, but Pelican has 2 Valve Cover Gasket sets for the 964.
This one (964-105-902-00-M260) comes with the gaskets, non-lock nuts, no crush washers and the wrong bolts for the Cat. This is the one I ordered in January in anticipation of today.
This one (10-0906-093-M136) comes with everything I needed last time and is the one that works.
Can I re-use the gaskets and washers and lock nuts, or should I return the whole thing and get the right kit? I installed the existing valve cover gasket set in May of '09.
I was hoping to have the car running today...

I don't see a problem with re-using everything assuming you'll do it right later on..
Just don't let yourself tight them more than the specified torque, even if you feel they're a bit loose because the nylocks will not feel the same for sure (otherwise you can warp your covers)

Cool, thanks. I'm using the new gaskets, old nuts and washers. Was wrong about the cat bolts, they're fine.
I need to get a smaller torque wrench. Mine is a 3/8" drive, but a foot long. It's hard to feel the wrench "break" when it's that big and you're set at 7 foot pounds.
