Default Dual exhaust with exhaust mid bumper

Somebody should come up with a system for our cars.
That would look sweet.

It would be nice, I have thought about it but I think it would need to be an entire exhaust. Getting it to work with the stock heat exchangers would be a challenge I think as well as adequate mufflers and for me in Ca I would need cats too.

I was recently browsing Hayward and Scotts website for a decat pipe and came across this full system with dual outlet and has heat boxes that plumb into the 964's heater pipes:

http://www.haywardandscott.com/porsc...in-outlet.html

If you look closely at one of the pics it shows a muffler on it's own that plumbs into the cat which could be what you guys that have to obey smog laws would need.

I think I might have added their full system to my wish list

And where would the license plate go? I've thought this over a hundred times and can't get past what I'd do with the license plate...assuming you're talking about cutting a relief in the center of the bumper similar to a 997 GT3

Heres a picture of what i have currently. The pipes come out just under the bumper.
What I currently have planned is to replumb the horizontil pipes coming off the collector as they are exposed to view and need to be moved up inside the bumper. This system does not have a muffler in the back. It has one on each side similar to the 993.

Is it a custom exhaust?

I wouldn’t call it custom or proprietary, more like a Frankenstein.

a) B & B headers
b) Magnaflow mufflers on the side
c) X-Pipe in the middle

How would you characterize the sound? Any clips?

The sound is definetly metalic and without the drone. Its one of the quieter cars on the track compared to some but plenty agressive for the street.
