Fixed my smile, working on horn, found wet oil cooler...
Working on some non critical items tonight (crooked smile and low horn) and I found the oil cooler wet. Looks like it may be weeping from the lines.
Frown before...
Frown after...
BTW, this was not as easy as I thought. It was like putting a jigsaw puzzle back together.
I've never noticed any drips on the ground (at least not from the front of the car). Is this indicative of trouble to come?

Sure. Take off the passenger side lower black plastic piece first.
There are about 13 or 14 phillips head screws per side. Of those 13 0r 14 screws, there are a couple of different types of screws and washers, so keep them organized.
The passenger side (left hand drive) piece fits over the driver side piece in the middle, so you'll want to fit the driver side back on first.
There is a lip on the black plastic piece that fits into a groove on the bumper. Before you fit it back on the car, make sure there aren't any small bits of gravel in the black plastic piece's groove.
BTW, I was able to fix the low horn by following one of the recent posts' links. Now, when I honk the horn, I'll sound like a Porsche instead of a Yugo.
