Default A quick helping hint with the heating!

When at full cold setting, I get cold air at driver side and heated air at passenger side….
When at full heat setting, I get heat at both sides….

When closing both doors, I hear the typical metallic sound from the heater flaps at the rear so those seams to be okay.

I have checked both relays, and they are moving when I go from cold-hot back and fourth….

-Any hints on what to attack

Go after the Norwegians first! Then declare war on the Danes. Leave the Finns out of it.

When I had a similar failure, the servo motors were moving O.K., but the "splined" shaft coming out of the motor's housing had stripped. This allowed the arm which pushes/pulls on the flap linkage to move from it's fixed position. My guess, your passenger side "actuator arm" has slipped around the servo's driven shaft.

We (the Danes) have been at war with the Swedes since year 1012.

Sounds like you should check your servos (or solenoid) and make sure they are moving as they should.
