Default Stock rear shocks-threaded perches?

I was looking under the 1991 964 today, and saw that the rears shocks had threaded spring perches. Is that stock for a 964? I am a former 911SC guy, so this seems odd/cool to me. Thx.

Is it the same for the fronts? Could I lower my car by turning the perch? Thx.

They are adjustable as well. I believe you could get a little lower depending on the current position. You would want to do an alignment after. I think they normally use that adjustment for corner balancing.
