'92 C2 with 106K on Ebay today.
22 bids with a couple days to go.
$9500 at this point with "Reserve Not Met"
Auction #330332629674
I'll be curious to see if this sells, and for what price.
I haven't noticed too many sub-$10,000 964's yet.
I see that this car is also on Pelican for $13,900 obo.

Car looks nice in the photos... sport seat are nice... price looks good... get a PPI and go for it...
Well I have been lurking around on Rennlist for several years. I always have wanted a 964. Several job changes over the past year or so have put my search on hold. I am itching to get one but the wife says to wait. Not sure if that is a good idea or not, market wise not wife wise. She loves cars. We already have 5 cars. What is one more. I currently have a '95 BMW 318ti Club Sport, '99 LR Discovery. The wife drives a '04 Volvo V70R. And we have a '70 Volvo 1800E (40k original miles) and my 1st car an '83 BMW 320i. I do all the work on the cars myself. Just a little background on myself.
I have seen some possible good deals come and go.
I would love a Midnight blue or Amazon Green C2/4. Missed on a really nice Midnight Blue C4 about a year ago
Currently I have my eye on an Amazon C4 with M030 package. 106K on it for $17,500. Not local to me so I can't just check it out. Is it getting harder to find nice well taken care of models?
Just wondering what people thoughts are.
I know a PPI is a must.
Take a look.

I would love to just go for it and get a PPI and if all is good buy it. But.....the wife says to please wait a little bit till we get another car. I can't really argue with her. 5 cars all with upgades and repairs in the process. Just picked up a spare complete engine and transmission for my 318ti, and a full Racing Dynamics suspension package for the car as well. I also just purchased $3k worth of hardwood flooring that I need to install in the house as well as other home improvements and repairs to tackle.
I will just have to wait and see.
TR6:
The 318ti has been an awesome car. Not a rocket but a great handling car. I have driven the car for the past 10 years as a daily driver. Put on about 110k miles on it since I bought it. The hatch back with folding seats makes the car so handy.

Consulted with the local PCA about the car that went on ebay for ... 11,700? that was mentiooned above here. The gentleman in the PCA, who was going to perform the PPI, suggested I stay far away because from the description it sounded like the car had developed a *significant* oil leak and that's why the seller was trying to get rid of her. I do not know if it was the best advice, but there you have it.
