What's the tiny body coloured circle/cut-out
where the rear license plate area is?
I'm thinking of getting a plate to cover the entire area, but am not sure what the issues are if it's hidden. Is it a hidden towing hitch or something?

that round piece is removable and the tow eye hook screws into it.
