I spent all weekend changing plugs, rotors distribuitor caps, powder coating my fan surround (thnks to Freds964) and replacing the altenator and new fan. I was happy to find the cat came off without any problems with the bolts. Fired it up and all seems well except for the plumes of smoke from the engine degreaser. I dont see how you guys deal with this stuff with out a lift The Ebay tune up kit I bought actually came with 20 plugs. I am still searching for where the other 8 go
I need to change the oil after work and then take it out for a good drive in the dark so nobody thinks its on fire from the smoke to give it a check out. I will upload some pictures of the powder coat process tonight.

Hawk.......... are you hiring? I don't know much about photography, but I'll wash the car and clean up after the dogs. I closed a big deal, so when you come to Atlantic City, I'll owe you a dinner.

I thought you were shooting the skiinny blonde last weekend
Jaime how is the new lift working out compared to the scissor lift?
Glad to hear the hockey pucks worked out for you Lou. Sure beats tearing off the shark fin like I did the first time I used mine

Monday, first drive in 2 weeks
Two weeks away from home, and no P-car time. But, almost as good - some time climbing around on some rocks in AZ and UT. Only 1250 more pictures to sort through.
The 964 felt great today.

Took the car out for a drive for the first time in 3 weeks. That was after I replaced the dead battery.
Aircon is not blowing cold so it will get recharged tomorrow along with a few other minor things.
