Default RS America in Reno @ SportHaus

Has anyone checked this out yet? Sporthaus has had it for a long time if I remember correctly.

Who knows what they have into it, and it never hurts to put an offer in...

I have 15k to spend right now, that would leave me 5k for sorting the car. I've been looking for a 993 but now...the 964 seems to have caught my eye...especially the RSAs...

Default I musta missed something?

They want $39,700. Its a great time to buy. You can get into a pretty good 964 for 20K these days, but not a RSA.

Who says you can't get an RSA for about that price? Mine is double the miles, but I'll bet it would show as well as that car. Something popped up this weekend in a factory race car that has me thinking "liquidate the street cars".............

I bought mine cheap, I'll sell it cheap.

This car looks clean, and without the sunroof, it'll attract some attention. I think it's probably $7k-$9K overpriced in this market. Sadly....

Default I saw that

But no mention of limited slip. It's probably just a generic add.

I've owned three RSA's and miss them all! It's obvious that some of the 70k+ miles have been taken at about 2.0 miles at a time. If leakdown looks good, I'd say low $30's (offer $28.5 on the 28th).

Do any of you guys know who runs the sales side of Sporthaus? If it's the same one who came in there when the owner moved them from downtown Reno to this Garage Mahal, then he's one weird dude. From what I've seen/heard (including another guy who was going to become a partner in the place on the shop side) inventory sits until they're sold for pretty much asking price. Maybe things have changed in this economic climate............but they're mostly consignment cars.

In any case, Mat Lowrance (who anyone around here who races knows) works on the shop side, and I wouldn't hesitate to fully trust his opinion on the car.
