Took the white flash for a quick rip to warrington today, rain, cold, cr@p wipers, 1++mph!
U 11 reckons my car needs a re-map to sort the stalling problem, £400! But may get 300bhp!!!
Allso serviced the golf tdi £50, not bad.

And gotta remove chris,s (uber911) HRW on his 993 (again). Cos he has no patience and hates to buy parts prier to getting envolved in a job!
Fun and games

The high will be 18ºF tomorrow and my garage is unheated. Ain't skairt!
Good luck with the suspension and the cold! Are you using the OEM DME?

They're predicting 5F for a high here. I don't have anything major to do where I'm willing to work in that temp.

The DME and chip are OEM, the car is supercharged, however. That's why I'm interested in getting the extra readings. Otherwise I probably wouldn't bother

I got a used airbox cover, so I will try various cutouts for audio tuning of the intake...
I also need to make/ship a few more screwdrivers, as the orders keep coming in...

I like the idea of a photoshoot with the girl and the car. Its too cold this weekend, but soon might be a good idea. Perhaps we can do a thread on that for Valentine's day?

From your avatar it seems your other half has a very hairy chest and a tattoo where her belly button should be?

Hawk911 - that's a very cool image you've created, very cool!

Unfortunately I'm not mechanically inclined at all so can't participate in the technical banter, but I still love driving my 964 just the same. As someone else from California has already mentioned, it's finally started raining around here, so this is a good weekend for indoor activities. I plan on driving the 964 into San Francisco tomorrow to attend the 103rd annual Golden Gate Kennel Club dog show. I'm looking forward to getting another German Sheppard after having been dog-less for too many years.

Elbeee - if your girlfriend revs up as well as the 964 she's a keeper!

I thought that was a no-no with these. Too much condensation builds up by "warming" the car like this.
