G50 transmission cooler?

G50 transmission cooler?
1991 c2
After completing a tip to manual conversion, I was about to remove the tip tranmission cooler and lines, but thought I would ask if there is any benefit of cooling the transmission fluid in the manual G50?
I could rig up an electric oil pump and circulate the oil through the tip oil cooler in the front left.
Does anyone with more knowledge than me see any benefit to cooling the transmission fluid in the manual gearbox?

If you aren’t tracking the car aggressively likely not needed.
one can be added using a pump and cooler.

Never had any issues tracking mine with 2 drivers at one event. Change your fluid often though and you should be fine. I am using the cooler from a tip to cool my turbos I will run water through it and a pump otherwise remove it and save the weight.

If you have everything, use it! Power losses increase with lubricant temperature. The difference might not be by much, but certainly more than you would gain by installing an aftermarket chip. Plus it doesn't hurt to stabilize your oil temperatures.
