Default "Tonneau" cover

I know it might be hard to believe but after having my 91 cab for about a month now - I finally got a few minutes to crawl around it and do some exploring. In my explorations I found a bag with the orginal cover to enclose the cabin; I thought it was an extra boot for the top. Would you believe I dont think it has ever been unfolded by the previous owner. So after a little stretching and pulling it fits like a glove - I love it! Anyways - what would a replacement value on this cover be?

I have one that I hardly have the patience to use for my 993 (same as 964). I keep it only for when ever I really need to use it.

Is this the cover that covers everything but the drivers seat? Do they come with the cars new?

It covers the entire interior of the car including the drivers seat. It has a zipper down the middle so that I can expose the drivers side and leave the passenger side covered. I believe they must come with car new - that is why we have all the little clips on the dash and doors. I have been using it all the time now to protect the interior while it sits in the sun in parking lots.

Well, are you going to post pictures, or are you just going to tease the poor cab owners here?
I'm curious to see it too, I've seen 'em on 356's, but not on [gasp!] modern 911's...

I have black buttons on the dash where you can put the clips. I read that on the internet so it must be right

I have little black buttons all the way around the outside and on the dash to attach the cover. I will attempt to snap some pics. and up load them. But you have to wait till it has a good bath.

I've just bought a 1990 C4 Cab and the Tonneau cover is virgin in the boot.....It'll probably stay that way in Adelaide as well :-)
