Felix, the rims are 6 and 8 inch with 205/225 rubber on the early C4 lightweights. The later 2/3s of production got 7 and 9 inch with 215/245 rubber. The c4 lights run cup suspension so yes they sit low and can go even lower. Full threaded shocks with stiff springs and monoball strut/shock bearings.

Sorry, I couldn't stay out of the Guards red thread! Personally I love this colour, and very clean examples here!
John, absolutely love the new pictures especially the one with the 964 parked along the arches, how on earth did you get up the curb?hehehe

Hi Greg, thanks for the welcome.
Currently running H&R spings on stock shocks but looking to change this in the near future to try and improve the ride quality. This set up it at least 10 years old and well passed it's best.
Not sure which way to go though. I really like the ride height as it is but it is quite harsh on anything but perfect surfaces which are few and far between in north east England.
First thoughts would be perhaps Bilstien HD's with H&R or Eibach but I'm not sure if this with achieve the ride compliance and height which I'm looking for.
Any thoughts from the masses would be appreciated.
Cheers.
