I think to post a classified you have to be a paying member.

Here's a reply from John Dunkle (worked great!):

Hey Greg..!

Follow these steps..!!! When you go to the link provided below, it by-passes the Login Screen for the Member Website.

Next - simply select the "category" you'd like for your ad in (for example: "Porsche" or "Parts and Wheels" or "Race Cars", etc...);

Then, from the left hand menu - "Place My Ads".

Finally, if it's the first time you have used the Classifieds - register a Username and password for your ads (you only have to do this the first time, then the system will remember you. The reason you have to "register" a name - is not ALL members are in the Forums, many are in the mail lists only, so they do not have a Forum name/password! ) - Next - post up your ads..!
