I would have played the bidding game, but was concerned about the possibility of getting a negative feedback - even when it's a scam, EBay can be difficult about deleting feedback. Has EBay responded to anyone about this yoyo's fake listing and said they'll take action to deal with him?

"Do I have any copyright rights since they're MY photos?"
You own the copyright on the photos .
As soon as you shoot a photo , unless your shooting under contract , the copyright is yours .
And seeing that this lowlife is using them for commercial purposes , he is stealing from you .

Well, you ready for the next instalment??!!
The seller has just e-mailed me and asked if I would mind if they re-listed it, as I clearly was not interested!!
Tell me people aren't this stupid??!!
Anyway, bidding war anyone?
